According to Amazon.de, the pre order price of the phone is €369 and the booking has already begun. If this amount is translated into UK money value, then it comes at £325. Now, in the UK, the pre order price is £350, which means the users of the Germany can make a saving of £25. However, it is to be remembered that the price is only for the pre-orders and it will definitely change once the phone releases officially.

The users of Germany are yet to know about the launch date of the phone as there is no such mention in Amazon.de. On the other hand, 15 August has been decided as the launch date Xperia Ray in Great Britain. If the phone arrives a bit early, no one will mind though.
