New Video Ad of Nokia N9 Reveals Interesting Features

Recently, a new video is making rounds over the internet and it is about Nokia N9. The handset is still in the rumour stages and the relevance of this video teaser cannot be judged at this moment. However, it must be said that the video has revealed certain interesting facts about the phone. The problem with the teaser is that it is very fast and creates a lot of queries rather than providing answers. In fact, the video leads to some confusing aspects about the phone. Earlier it was disclosed that N9 will be running on a certain version of MeeGo, but the video suggests the clear influence of Symbian Anna rather MeeGo.

The most interesting fact about the teaser is the revelation of the camera features of N9. The snapper is expected to be a 12 mega pixel camera with F2.8 aperture and a Carl Zeiss lens that is 28mm wide-angled. Something similar is also experienced in Nokia N8 and probably will feature in other upcoming Nokia phones as well. The fact that Nokia N9 will bring a 12 mega pixel snapper is not latest news as it was revealed in the previous leaks as well. However, it can be said that the camera is not as bulging as the one present in N8. Even the Xenon unit of N8 is not present as it loads a dual LED flash.

According to the previous leaks, the rumoured specifications revealed some details about the display features. The display screen is expected to be 4.0 inches and it will boast a TFT capacitive touch screen of 480 x 800 pixels resolution.  Some highlights of the display includes Nokia ClearBlack, handwriting recognition, scratch resistant oleophobic surface, multi touch input method, accelerometer sensor and proximity sensor.

The internal memory has 64 GB storage with 1 GB ROM and 512 MB RAM. In addition, there is a microSD card slot to improve the memory up to 32 GB.

As of now it is not known when Nokia N9 is going to be announced officially. However, in some FCC files, the mention of N9 was noticed and it can be expected that the announcement take place sometimes soon. However, nothing can be confirmed.
