HTC Sensation Arrived in the UK Market

After quite a few speculations and rumours, HTC Sensation finally made its debut in the UK market on May 19, 2011. Along with the UK, the device is simultaneously launched in France. Many people have placed pre-orders from Vodafone and they can now expect that the device will be delivered to them soon.

On May 18, 2011, the popular carrier in France, SFR made the announcement that Sensation is going to arrive on their network. Early in the morning of May 19, when we checked their site, they were yet to update the status to ‘available’. However, by now it is expected that they have definitely made the phone available to the buyers.

As far as Vodafone UK is concerned, they have plans to sell the phone on two year contract that starts from £35 per month. However, the subscribers will get the device for free if they opt for this contract deal. In the future, it is expected that there will several exciting HTC Sensation deals. Those who have pre-ordered the device at Vodafone, they will start receiving it soon.

If you are not willing to opt for a long term contract, then you may have to wait for sometime. There are some carriers that have plans to bring the phone to the users on 27th June. Like many other HTC phones, there will be SIM free deals on Sensation as well.

There are several highlights of Sensation and here we are mentioning some of its key features. It boasts a 4.3 inch Super LCD capacitive touch screen with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. You can experience the updated Sense UI and other top features of the display like Gorilla glass display and Gyro sensor. You can take images with an 8 MP snapper and can record videos at 1080p @ 30fps.
