This announcement is official as the general manager of Microsoft’s Customer Experience Engineering Department, Eric Hautala confirmed the news.

The reason for the delay is being termed as the size of operation. There are many different handsets running on Windows Phone 7 across sixty mobile operations in thirty nations and all over the world. Therefore, things have gone a bit complicated. This much information was revealed in a blog by Eric Hautala who also leads the team of Microsoft’s software update. However, he assured that the next update is definitely on the cards where it will deliver better search for marketplace, copy and paste and several other major developments.
