LG Optimus 3D – Worlds First 3D Smartphone
LG have have gone all out at MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona to market the very first 3D smartphone the Optimus 3D, it is providing the phone with what LG are calling tri-dual, so dual-channel, dual-memory and dual core, it is expected to be released in Spring 2011. The great thing about the LG Optimus 3D is you don’t actually need to wear those very unattractive 3D glasses to view the 4.3 inch WVGA display screen.
The specification for the LG Optimus 3D is pretty impressive, it has dual 5 mega-pixel camera that provides features like autofocus and stereoscopic videos and images. The video recorder gives you 720p in 3D and 1080p in 2D so your videos will look pretty smart and if you are lucky enough to have a 3D TV you will be able to watch your videos back in 3D. You will also be able to enjoy a free 3D YouTube app that will enable you to upload your 3D videos on to YouTube. The LG Optimus 3D will also come with other brilliant features like an 8 Gbytes of memory and 1 GHz dual-core OMAP4 processor. At the moment the Optimus 3D has the Google Android 2.2 Froyo Operating system but this may be upgradable to the new Gingerbread version in the near future.
The LG Optimus 3D is certainly impressive and we are really looking forward to LG announcing exactly when this mobile phone will be released. We will be bringing you LG Optimus 3D deals when the phone gets released
