Orange Publishes Details of HTC Mozart

HTC MozartThe telecommunication operator of Orange has posted a page under the name of “first time setup”, dedicated to the upcoming HTC Mozart. The handset has been speculated to be possibly powered by Microsoft Windows Phone 7, and is hence, one of the first ever mobile phones run by the same, due to be released in the UK market, sometime within the next couple of weeks. As understandable from the high end OS, the arrival of the phone is much anticipated by the gadget lovers in the market.

The page with the detailed post has since been removed from the official website of Orange that was flagging it. The page had several useful instructions, including the one about how to remove the cover at the bottom.

The phone, which is likely to be released on October, 21st, is expected to exhibit a model, which will be quite similar to that of the HTC Desire, only with the difference of the Operating System of Windows Phone 7, instead of Google Android. This has been mentioned during an announcement made yesterday.

Some of the hi-fi specifications that were mentioned in the webpage of Orange also included the humongous 1 GHz processor. Sadly, the version of the processor will be the older one, but with a massive internal storage capacity of 8.5 GB. With a high quality, long running 1300mAh battery, the handset will have a RAM of 512MB.

The display screen of this new HTC Mozart will be that of a wide 3.7 inch. The handset is compounded with an extremely powerful 8 megapixel camera. As it is, the picture quality will be HD sharp. The phone will come with multiple integrated sensors. The video recording capabilities of Mozart will be of high quality as well. Further, coupled with a WVGA resolution, the display will be LED and not AMOLED.
