Nokia Takes Dig on Apple – No Effect on iPhone 4 Sales

The products of Apple get through harsh criticisms sometimes. In fact, many competitors are engaged into direct or indirect flak on their products. Perhaps they are jealous with the kind of hype and success these products generate. The latest to join the bandwagon is Nokia as it has made some indirect remarks on the reception issue of iPhone 4.

Nokia has published a blog that reads ‘How do you hold your Nokia?’, which is an indirect criticism on the ‘Death Grip’ reception factor of the latest iPhone. The company is having great fun at the expense of Apple with the pictured demonstrations of how to hold the Nokia device like the ‘The four edge grip’, ‘The Balance’, ‘The Cup’, and ‘Thumb and Finger’. However, it is better not to take such digs on successful a product that is making waves in the market, especially when its own highly popular E71 has several flaks as well.

However, such lampoons have hardly affected the success story of Apple iPhone 4. Within three days of its release, the mobile phone has generated a staggering business by selling 1.7 million units. Wonder what will be the answer of Nokia for such a mammoth success. The reports are very encouraging for Apple and the handset has generated tremendous demand among the enthusiasts. Many people could not get hold of the handset due to the shortage of stocks. All the leading network providers have announced to stock the device, and it only proves that Apple successfully retains its success story with the iPhone 4 as well.

Apple chief Steve Jobs have apologized to the customers who could not get the hands on of the latest.
