Existing Customers are The Priority of O2, To Get The iPhone 4G

The mobile service provider O2 is owned by Telefonica. To tackle the high demand for the Apple iPhone 4, O2 has stated that it will supply the new Apple iPhone 4G to its existing customers as the first priority. The consumers of O2 mobile, mobile broadband, home broadband and home phone services are considered existing customers if they had taken up the O2 services on or before 24th of May 2010.

The excitement and craze is high with the recent launch of the Apple iPhone 4G. The mobile is considered to be the style icon and the most technically advanced model on Earth. The demand to own such a piece of luxury is quite understandable. O2 is rewarding its existing customers to create the brand loyalty. Vodafone and Orange haven’t declared anything in the line of O2 and a buyer, whether existing or not with the service provider, can buy the iPhone 4 immediately.

According to the sources at O2, the Apple iPhone4 will be available to its non existent customers, only after the end of July. Keeping up with its declared policy, the Apple iPhone 4G will not be available on O2’s online website until the end of July. However, contrary to their policy, the O2 shops, Best Buy, Phones4u and Carphone Warehouse will start to sell the iPhone 4G from the first day itself.

The inability to meet the demand of the iPhone 4G has led the service provider O2 to announce the cheap customer loyalty reward program that ineffectually tries to hide its inabilities. Furthermore, the 3 UK, Tesco Mobile and T-Mobile are yet to announce their plan for selling the iPhone 4. The buyers have an option of obtaining the Apple iPhone 4G from other service providers other than O2.
