iPhone 4G is heavier than the 3GS model by 2 grams as the former one weighs 137 grams and the later is 135 grams. 4G is wider by 3.5 mm and it is 24% thinner that its predecessor. Te storage capacity of the latest iPhone will be 16 GB and 32 GB. 3GS is already available with the same storage capability, but now it has decided to arrive in the 8GB avatar as well to fit the pocket of the budget conscious buyers.

The 3.5 inches display screen size is same with both Apple iPhone 4 and 3G, but the pixel count of the new model is four times higher than 3GS. Compared to the 320 x 480 pixels display of iPhone 3GS, the 4G is inclusive of 640 x 960 pixels resolution.

In terms of camera features, 4G wins the battle with its 5 mega pixel snapper, in comparison to the 3.15 mega pixel offering of 3GS. Though it is better than its predecessor, but it still has a long way to go to compete with the best camera mobile phones.
