BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100 Vs BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105

Recently, the renowned makers of the business oriented mobile phones, BlackBerry, have made an announcement of its two new handsets. Both these mobile phones have deviated from the conventional form of the BlackBerry handsets as they are stylish and small in size. However, the major deviation lies in the keypad of the mobile phones, which are called the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100 and the BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105.

Pearl 9100 3G features a half QWERTY keypad in place of a full QWERTY that is present in the previous handsets of the company. Did you say what’s the big deal? Well, it comes with a combination of a QWERTY and a traditional alpha numeric keypad, which is first of its kind in the BlackBerry phones. Therefore, 9100 pearl 3G will appeal to both traditional keypad lovers and the hardcore texters.

BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9105 has gone one step ahead and it has completely eliminated the QWERTY functionality as the mobile phone just includes a conventional alpha numeric keypad. This factor might offend many BlackBerry enthusiasts, but the device features all the other essential BlackBerry applications such as maps, emailing, etc.

Both the new BlackBerrys are cute and stylish. The measurement of 9100 and 9105 Pearl is 108 x 50 x 13.3 mm and the weight of both the devices is also same at 93.6 grams. Even the colour schemes of the mobile phones are similar at Piano Black, Opal Pink, Royal Purple, Flash White, and Red Gradient.
