Its official, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 is coming this year


There were lots of speculations in the mobile phone market, whether Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 is really going to make it, or it is just a rumour. However, finally, the mobile phone company made the announcement and the phone is expected to hit the market by the first quarter of 2010. The company has already introduced a couple of devices in this line-up; the first one was Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1. XPERIA X10 should is enabled with default Android browser, Google maps and high speed internet access. Powered by 1GHz Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm, X10 can really take the market by storm.

Xperia X10 is no less than a dream Android device that sports a four inch capacitive touch screen LCD that will display 65,000 colours and 480 x 854 pixels resolution. The surface of the touch screen is entirely scratch resistant, and it has also got the accelerometer sensor for auto rotate.

The biggest highlight of the mobile phone is probably the 8 mega pixel snapper that promises 3264×2448 pixel resolution. Great quality images are always guaranteed when you have features such as image stabilization, face and smile detection, geo tagging and touch focus. Auto focus and LED flash are also incorporated in the camera so that some great shots can be taken in not so good lighting conditions.

The device will make its appearance in the market in two gorgeous shades- one is the sensuous black and the other is luster white. It can serve the purpose for both serious business users with Google search, calendar, maps and Google talk and also the fun loving youngsters with YouTube and social network applications.
