Sony Xperia X2 – Awaiting Official Announcement

It has been a long time and the wait was never ending! Finally, the wait seems to get over as Sony Ericsson Xperia X2 is going to be announced officially. There were lots of teasers, videos, images and ‘probable’ specs about Xperia X2, but now the detailed specification will be available by next week. It is to be seen whether the device can stand out successful to the humungous expectations among the enthusiasts of mobile telephony. Now, people will know whether 3.5″ WVGA OLED is a fact or just a rumor.

There were several speculations about the speed of the CPU and the capacity of RAM, but those are looking like rumors. Considering such speculations and rumors, we have to wait and see whether touch screen display is a truth or not. However, certain things are definite to be present in the Sony Ericsson Xperia X2. Those features are high end 8 mega pixel camera with LED flash and auto focus facility, full QWERTY keyboard, and Windows Mobile 6.5 with the X-Panels plug-in. Huge built-in memory, Play Station3 and GPS are also expected to be present in Sony Xperia X2. Considering the probable features, it looks like the Xperia X2 is way ahead of its predecessor Xperia X1. The features and the looks of the phone are stunning and no wonder why people are so eagerly waiting to hear the exact specifications of Sony Ericsson Xperia X2.

Another device that is also warming the rumor mills is Sony Ericsson Xperia X3, which is also known as Rachael. However, it is confirmed that only Xperia X2 will be announced officially next week and X3 will have to wait for some more time. The entire mobile world is looking forward to Monday that is August 31 when Sony Ericsson will bring the curtains down. Till then the hype is quite amazing.
