Nokia Surge is already available in the market and it is making quite a news. After getting good buzz over surge, Nokia has decided to launch its European version and that will be called Nokia 6760. This one is going to be a QWERTY keyboard phone with side sliding option. Symbian operating system S60 will be powering the device and it will be a complete messenger phone with top-notch messenger services accessible through it. Young generation will just love Nokia 6760 due to its striking features and unique look. The black glossy casing with side sliding display makes Nokia 6760 Slide quite an attractive device.

Nokia 6760 will be featuring a 2.4 inch display with QVGA screen of sixteen million colour resolution. Network features will be handled efficiently by Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual-band UMTS with HSDPA 3.6Mbps. Internal data transfer and connectivity will be smooth with Bluetooth® and USB functionalities.

Nokia 6760 will be coming with impressive memory option. The integrate memory of the phone will be 128 MB. However, expandable option is there and the memory can be expanded up to massive 8 GB by inserting memory card in the microSD™ card slot.

Nokia 6760 will be loaded with Standard battery, Li-Ion 1500 mAh (BP-4L). The capacity of this battery will be providing talk time up to five hours and up to 500 hours (when the phone is in stand by mode)

Surge is exclusively available to the AT&T network subscribers but the carrier of Nokia 6760 is yet not finalized. There are no major changes in Nokia 6760 except the camera. Surge features a two mega pixel camera, which is quite a let down from a device of this stature. Unlike surge, Nokia 6760 will be coming with three mega pixel camera but that would include auto focus or flash or not is yet not known.  There are sure to be some great Nokia 6760 Slide Contract deals available later in 2009.

Like surge, Nokia 6760 will be featuring common entertainment aspects such as music, games, video, messenger, social networking, etc. The three mega pixel camera can click images with resolution of 2048 pixels by 1536 pixels and can capture streamline QVGA video. Music player will be there also and it would be able to play music files of WAV, AAC and MP3 format. Those who like FM can get access to stereo FM radio with RDS in Nokia 6760. Gamers would also have lot stay engaged with the device as it will bring several default games with downloadable options.
