Samsung i7500 Andriod – First Samsung Andriod phone
Rumors are circling that Samsung are due to release the first Android based mobile phone, the Samsung i7500.The Samsung i7500 will have a 5 megapixel camera with GPS, so we are guessing they will also include geo-tagging. Navigation will be in place using Google Maps to ensure you don’t get lost. To ensure you can connect to other devices Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® will feature plus there will be 8GB of storage on board.The quad-band Samsung i7500 will have a huge 3.2 inch OLED screen so viewing photos will be easy and using the Android user interface will be a pleasure. There is also a 3.5mm headphone jack on board which the T-mobile G1 was missing. It will play MP3, AAC and WMA formats plus iTunes Plus downloads. Its has been reported that this phone will be exclusive to O2 when it is released in June 2009 with a price tag around £250. Obviously we are expecting it to be free on contract within the UK.
